These are single rooms inside of a furnished 4-bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Tenant laundry room is coin-operated with a pop machine. No guests.
For New Customers - There is often a promotional weekly rate available for your first four weeks on our standard bedrooms. Just inquire about discounts when you make your appointment.
Deluxe Private Single Room with key
These are single rooms inside of a furnished 2-bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Free laundry. No guests.
Efficiency Apartments
These are furnished private studio or 1-bedroom apartments. Tenant laundry room is coin-operated with a vending machine for soda and candy.

Our rental units have more features than any Buffalo NY apartments or rooms that we know of!
Utilities are included: Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Cable TV
Remote control 60 channels of color cable television! (If you need more channels, the cable company has digital, premium, and pay-per-view services at additional cost.)
Pillows, bedding, and towels are included.
In-room furnishings also include desk, chair, alarm clock radio, bed, chest of drawers, closet, and laundry basket.
All apartment Kitchens have stove, refrigerator and microwave oven.
Kitchenette (with an Apartment F-2 Furnished Room) features microwave cooking and refrigerator.
